What are your hours of operation?
Our Web Department is separate from our store locations with hours listed below:
Orders Department:

What is the best way to contact you?
Store locations: please call your preferred location during store hours at the phone numbers listed above.
Orders Department: you can fill out the form here, and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
Are all the items you have online also available in store?
No, some of our items are exclusive to online, and this is noted in the item description. For questions regarding in-store inventory, you can call your preferred location to check for availability.
Can you hold an item in store for me?
Our online Orders Department is separate from in store locations, and therefore cannot hold any items. If you'd like an item held for you in store, please call your preferred location, and a sales associate will be happy to check for your size. If your size is available, they can hold your item(s) until the end of the day.
Can I pick up my online purchase in store?
Yes! At this time we only offer prepay and pickup at our Perkins Rowe location and hope to include Corporate in the future. You can find more information on processing times and in-store pickups here.
If an item is sold out online, but is still available in stores, can I get it shipped to me?
Update to this: All inventories are now combined so if it’s sold out online it will be sold out in-stores.

Order & Return Information
What is your return policy?
You can find our return policy here.
Can I return something I bought online in store?
You can return an item within the 14 days to a store location, but your items will only be eligible for a merchandise credit or exchange. The store will not offer refunds.
When will I receive an order confirmation?
You should receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is completed. If you don't see the confirmation email, please follow the steps below.
- Check your junk mail or spam folder.
- Check your bank account or credit card statement to see if your payment went through.
- If you still have questions after these steps, you can email onlineorders@frockcandy.com with your full name and shipping address, and a customer service representative can check to see if your order has gone through.
How do I apply a merchandise credit I received before the website launched?
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Yes! A gift card makes the perfect present for a friend or family member, and you can purchase one here.
Can I pay over the phone?
No, we do not accept payments over the phone for security reasons. You can pay online or shop in store.
What do I do if an item is out of stock?
You can sign up for our email list to be one of the first customers to hear about what and when we restock!
How do I shop your Instagram?
We have two ways to shop our Instagram! You can click the link in our Instagram bio, or you can click the "Shop our Insta" tab at the top of our site.
Do you offer any student or other discounts? Are there any sales or promotions currently?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer discounts, but you can follow us on Instagram or sign up for our email list to watch for updates.
You can stay up to date on our current promotions by following us on Instagram and joining our email list! First time customers can enter their email for a 15% off discount code.
Can I use any coupon code in store?
Coupon codes are only eligible on online orders and are not redeemable in store.
Do I have to create an account to shop?
No, you don't need an account to shop, but we do recommend creating one to have access to your past orders, store credit codes and a faster check out process.
