    PT Assistant Store Managers

    Job Description:

    • Assist the Store Manager in performing delegated responsibilities
    • Aid in ensuring successful store operations amongst the entire team
    • Monitor and maintain customer service standards
    • Provide sales-driven floor leadership
    • Maintain excellent visual presentation
    • Maintain stock room organization and overall store cleanliness

    Requirements

    • High school graduate (college experience preferred)
    • 1 year specialty (preferred) retail customer service experience
    • Selling and cash-handling experience
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Availability of minimum 25 hours per week
    • Energetic with a positive attitude
    • Excellent people skills
    • Self-motivated and takes initiative

      PT Sales Associates

      Job Description:

      • Greet and acknowledge every customer
      • Maintain excellent visual presentation
      • Apply fashion knowledge to make product recommendations
      • Style customers on the sales floor and in dressing room
      • Maintain sales productivity levels
      • Assist in displaying merchandise, store cleanliness and product knowledge
      • Perform transactions including checking out customers, processing shipment, etc.
      • Abide by all company policies and procedures
      • Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated

      Requirements:

      • High school graduate (some college experience preferred)
      • 1-2 years retail experience
      • Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles
      • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Customer service oriented
      • Strong communication and multitasking skills

        Model

        Job Description:

        • Participate in weekly or bi-weekly photo shoots
        • Previous modeling experience is a plus but is not required
        • Models are a face of Frock Candy and are required to represent the brand in a professional manner, including on social media

        Requirements:

        • 18 years or older
        • Must be at least 5'6"
        • Located in Baton Rouge
        • Have weekday availability
