STORE CO-MANAGER:
The Store Co-Manager will act as second in command, assisting the Store Manager with daily store operations, sales, and overall store performance, while maintaining excellent visual presentation. Co-Managers will work closely with the Store Manager in making day to day decisions that affect store performance.  Responsibilities include sales leadership as well as monitoring and maintaining overall customer service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school graduate (College graduate preferred).
  • 2-3 year's specialty retail supervisor experience.
  • 2 years specialty retail customer service, selling and cash handling experience.
  • Fashion-savvy with ability to be creative.
  • Energetic, positive, outgoing and self-motivated.
  • Experience with dealing with public on a daily basis.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
